This week we introduced our first specific technique focus; footwork patterns, connection, lead and follow and anticipation, and our warm up exercises were all based around this.
This weeks class routines:
Beginners – Basic Arm Jive, turn and return with hand change, Basic Yoyo, Back Hand Pass with return.
Improvers – Secret Move with lead-through exit, Yoyo Lasso Sway with return into Comb.
